SCDA One Act Play Festival

We are once more entering the SCDA’s One Act Play Festival with a performance in the week beginning 16th February.
If we get through to the subsequent rounds they will be 2nd-4th April and 23rd-25th April. It is also possible that our entry may be performed again later in the year.

This year Mike Appleby will direct a comedy he has written called Hello, Who Am I ?

Audition

An audition will be held at the clubrooms (13 Brunswick Street Lane, Edinburgh, EH7 5JG) at 7.30pm on Wednesday 3rd December. If you can’t make this date or have any specific questions please contact Mike by email michaelcappleby@yahoo.com or phone (0131 661 9492).

The setting is a ‘Get to Know You’ evening for newcomers to an unspecified organization. The participants decide to make it more interesting by swapping name badges, exasperating the organiser but raising interesting questions of identity.

We are also looking for a Stage Manager (and some other backstage/technical crew). It would be particularly handy if you were able to drive but that is not essential. Please get in touch if you are interested.
